USER ACCOUNT
When you create an account using FEMFI’s website, online enrollment system, and APIs, we collect any personal information you provide directly, including:
- Full name
- Email address
- Mobile number
- 2×2 ID Picture
PAYMENT INFORMATION
If you decide to enroll at FEMFI, we collect certain information necessary to process your enrollment. You are required to provide the following information to our payment service provider (please visit https://bux.ph/privacy-policy/):
- Full name
- Date of birth
- Home address
- Area code
- Mobile number
- Credit card details
- Debit card details
FEMFI does not store sensitive information such as credit card and debit card details, as well as any banking authentication information.
WHY WE COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

- Strictly necessary for the enrollment process as required by the Maritime Industry Authority of the Philippines (MARINA)
- Strictly necessary for protection against fraudulent access to our Learning Management System
- Improvement of our system’s performance when our system collects web traffic and website visits
- Improvement of our system’s performance when we collect feedbacks from you
- Advertisements that are tailor made for you based on your preferences and settings
- Identification of unique profiles across our Enrollment System
You can set your browser to alert you about attempts to place cookies on your computer. You may limit the types of cookies you allow or even refuse them altogether. If you do, you may not be able to use some important features of our website, enrollment system, and APIs.

However, no system can be 100% secured, so we cannot guarantee that communications between you and FEMFI’s website, Enrollment System, and APIs or any personal information provided to us in connection with the data we collect will be free from risks.
