Established in 1992, FEMFI was conceived to provide internationally recognized certification to Filipino seafarers. From a one-classroom review center, FEMFI is now one of the Philippines' leaders in maritime training.
FEMFI distinguished itself by being the first to offer training programs such as GOC/GMDSS, Infectious Diseases Prevention, and Maritime Cybersecurity Awareness.
